We guarantee the arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If items are damaged during delivery, they will be replaced at no charge. All orders are sent fully insured to cover any damage or loss while in route to you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within three (3) days from receipt of merchandise or before your event date, whichever comes first, for a Return Authorization. Arrangements can be made for the return of merchandise and a refund or exchange.
To request return of merchandise, include your name, address, phone number, order number and date of purchase.
The buyer pays for the shipping charges on the return of unwanted items. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you exchange a product, normal shipping charges apply to the second shipment.
- Refunds are not made on unauthorized returns.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made after your event date.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be made on items that are personalized or special-request items.
- For items that are returned, there is a 20% re-stocking fee.
