Process your order online. When you check out, select the payment option "Check/Money Order by Mail", and mail to the address on your confirming order. Orders paid by Money Order are processed as soon as we receive your payment. Orders paid by Check are processed 5 working days after the check is received.

Shipping charges below are for ground service within the contiguous United States. (For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, and international shipments, see "International Shipments" below.) Depending on where you live, the shipment will take 2-6 working days to get to you.

For international orders and shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, shipping options and charges will be given prior to acceptance of the order. If you place your order through the website, the system will charge you ground continental U.S. shipping; an additional cost for shipping will be quoted and charged separately before the order is processed.

We will get back to you with anticipated shipment costs. Shipping charges do not include customs, duties or local taxes that may apply. Prices are in U.S. Dollars.
If you need Next Day delivery, please notify us via the Contact Us page or call at (779) 324-5468. Give us your address and items to be ordered, and we will let you know the rush delivery charge. If you place your order through the website, the system will charge you ground U.S. shipping; the additional cost for Rush delivery will be charged separately.
If your order is shipping to Illinois, sales tax will be added.
OUR REFUND POLICY
We guarantee the arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If items are damaged during delivery, they will be replaced at no charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within three (3) days from receipt of merchandise or before your event date, whichever comes first. Include your name, address, phone number and date of purchase, and arrangements will be made for the return of merchandise and a refund or exchange. Sorry, exchanges or returns cannot be made on items that are personalized or special-request items. For items that are returned, there is a 20% re-stocking fee.
Please note: The original shipping charges cannot be returned to the buyer. The buyer pays for the shipping charges on return of unwanted items. If you exchange a product, normal shipping charges apply to the second shipment.
