Payment Methods

You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card, check or money order.

CREDIT or DEBIT CARD:
To pay ONLINE, when you check out, select "Order by Credit Card Online" and enter your information into our secure Authorize.Net system.
To pay by PHONE, call 239-489-1900

CHECK or MONEY ORDER:
Process your order online. When you check out, select "Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail" and mail to the address on your confirming order. (Payment by Money Order is credited immediately upon receipt. Payment by check takes 5-7 working days for the order to be credited.)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges below are for ground service within the continental U.S. Depending on where you live, the shipment will take 3-5 working days to get to you. If the order will ship outside the U.S., please give us the items to be ordered and your shipping address for a quote on shipping charges. Please include your e-mail address on the order if you would like to be notified as soon as the shipment is made. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

Rush Orders

If you need an expedited shipment (Next Day or 2nd Day Air), please notify us via the Contact Us page (or call at 239-489-1900). Give us your address and items to be ordered, and we will let you know the full shipping charge.

Our Refund Policy

We guarantee the arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (excluding invitations and dresses), simply notify us in writing - including your name, address, phone number, and date of purchase - within fifteen (15) days from receipt of merchandise, and arrangements will be made for the return of merchandise and a refund or exchange. Sorry, exchanges or returns cannot be made on special orders or items that are personalized. For policy on invitation orders, please see Invitation Order Information. Please note: The original shipping charges cannot be returned to the buyer. The buyer pays for the shipping charges on return of unwanted items. If you exchange a product, normal shipping charges apply to the second shipment.
