CREDIT or DEBIT CARD:
To pay ONLINE, when you check out, select "Credit Card" and enter your information into our secure Authorize.Net system.

CHECK or MONEY ORDER:
Process your order online. When you check out, select "Check/Money Order" and mail to the address on your confirming order. Orders paid by Money Order are processed as soon as we receive your payment. Orders paid by Check are processed 5 working days after the payment is received.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges below are for ground service within the 50 United States, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and Canada. Depending on where you live, the shipment will take 2-6 working days to get to you.
APO addresses are welcomed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For international orders, shipping options and charges will be given prior to shipment. If you place your order through the website, the system will charge you ground U.S. shipping; the additional cost for international shipping will be charged separately. If you would like a quote on shipping charges for your planning, please notify us via the Contact Us page, or call 239-489-1900, and give us the items to be ordered and your shipping address. We will get back to you with anticipated shipment costs. Shipping charges do not include customs, duties or local taxes that may apply. Prices are in U.S. Dollars. (Canadian shipping charges are the same as ground U.S. shipping.)
RUSH ORDERS
If you need Next Day delivery, please notify us via the Contact Us page or call at 239-489-1900. Give us your address and items to be ordered, and we will let you know the rush delivery charge. If you place your order through the website, the system will charge you ground U.S. shipping; the additional cost for Next Day delivery will be charged separately.
SALES TAX
If your order is shipping to Florida, sales tax will be added. At check-out, you will be asked to choose the COUNTY in Florida that you will be shipping to.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Merchandise:
We guarantee the arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us in writing within five (5) days from receipt of merchandise or before your event date, whichever comes first. Include your name, address, phone number and date of purchase, and arrangements will be made for the return of merchandise and a refund or exchange. Sorry, exchanges or returns cannot be made on items that are personalized or special-request items.
Please note: The original shipping charges cannot be returned to the buyer. The buyer pays for the shipping charges on return of unwanted items. If you exchange a product, normal shipping charges apply to the second shipment.
