You may send your invitation order information either through the website Order Form, or by e-mail, Fax or postal mail. You may also call in your order information to 239-489-1900.
You may pay for your invitation order through the website shopping cart, by mail, or by phone. Full payment is required for processing of your order. See Payments/Shipments
for further information. (Sales tax is added for shipments to Illinois.)
We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the event that a mistake is made by us or our printer, it will be corrected at no charge. However, a reprint charge will be made for mistakes or omissions by the customer. We encourage you to consider ordering a typeset proof to ensure that there are no inadvertent mistakes by you. Any errors or omissions must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date.
4. Order Confirmations
Orders will be reviewed and confirmed by phone or e-mail. Please provide both day and evening phone numbers.
5. Shipment of Orders
Orders within the contiguous U.S. will ship within 4-5 working days after our acceptance. Orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. will require an additional 3-4 working days to ship. Shipments are made by UPS ground or U.S. Postal Priority Mail, and depending on your location, delivery takes 2-6 working days. Orders can be processed on a "Rush" basis; see Rush Orders
Shipping Charges - Shipping and handling charges added to your order total are for shipments within the 50 United States, as well as APO addresses. For international shipments beyond these areas, the additional costs for international shipping will be quoted and charged separately before the order is processed.
6. Special Instructions
You may submit any instructions for your invitations that will clarify your requirements. You can use the Special Instructions Box at the bottom of the website Order Form, or send the instructions by e-mail. We ask that you call attention to the unusual spelling of names, for example, Jon, Rolph, or accents required on names, for example, Jose Perez, José Pérez. Please make capitals and spacing distinct on names, for example, Le Roy, Leroy, Jo Anne, Joanne.
Pricing is based on using either the English or Spanish language. Extra charges apply when copy is requested in languages other than English or Spanish. Where the invitation card allows it, you may request your verse in both languages on the same card at no additional charge. If you order separate quantities in English and Spanish, both are priced as separate orders.
You may select a verse from our Verse Selections, or you may write your own. If your card has space for adding the Court of Honor or Padrinos, you can submit this information in the "Additional Text" box in the Invitation Order Form.
Most of our personalized paper products are printed using thermography, which is a process that produces a beautiful raised lettering effect. Invitations that are flat printed (not in thermography) are noted as such. Envelopes and double sided cards are flat printed.
10. Photo Invitations
If the invitation that you select uses your photos printed in black and white, you may submit your photos in either color or black and white. If the invitation that you select has your photos printed in color, you must submit a color photograph. Photos can be submitted in any size by e-mail or postal mail. If submitting scanned images by e-mail, please scan with a resolution at a minimum of 300 d.p.i. (dots per inch). A resolution of 600 d.p.i. produces the best results. Please allow 3 extra working days for invitations that are printed with your photographs. Please note: Many professional photographs have copyrights. Please provide a signed authorization form for professionally done photographs submitted for printing.
Typeset proofs can be requested and are furnished on plain paper. The proof gives you the opportunity to see what your actual invitation will look like . . . text, photos and layout before it is printed. There is a charge of $10.00 per item. Please allow 48 hours for a proof. Proofs can be sent to you by e-mail, Fax or postal mail.
You can save time and money by ordering 25 extra invitations. This will take care of last-minute additions to your guest list. The added cost for 25 invitations is minimal compared to reprinting. A reorder will be billed as a new order.
13. Invitation Outer Envelopes
There is a $17.50 handling charge plus postage for sending envelopes in advance of your printed invitations.
14. Envelope Shortages
All envelopes are machine and hand counted. Envelope count is exact. You may add extra envelopes to your order. If extra envelopes are not requested at time of order, there will be an additional surcharge.
15. Making Changes
If you have sent your order and you find that you have made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
16. Order Cancellation
There is a $25.00 service fee on canceling your order if work has begun. If the order has already been printed, you will be charged the full price of order.
Ownership of Materials. The submission of any order constitutes a representation and warranty by the individual or entity submitting the order that such individual or entity is the owner of all trademarks or copyrighted material contained therein or has obtained any required consents or authorizations from the owner(s) to print such material. The individual or entity submitting the order agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Quinceanera-Boutique.com from and against any claims alleging violation of any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right arising from Quinceanera-Boutique.com processing of the order.
