Ordering - You may order through the website shopping cart,
by mail, or by phone. Full payment is required for processing of
your order. See Payment Methods for further
information. (Sales tax is added for Illinois residents only).
2.
Order Confirmations - Orders will be reviewed and confirmed
to you for final approval by the end of the next business day. Please
provide both day and evening phone numbers.
3.
Shipment of Orders - Orders within the U.S. will ship 3-4
working days after your final approval. Orders shipping outside
the U.S. will require an additional 3-4 working days to ship. Shipments
are made by UPS or FedEx ground and depending on your location,
delivery takes 3-5 working days. Orders can be processed on a "Rush"

(Any errors or omissions must be reported within 5 days of the delivery
date.)
Shipping
Charges - Shipping and handling charges added to your order total
are for shipments within the U.S. For shipments outside of the U.S.,
you will be notified of any additional amount due.

Ordering Extra - Save time and money by ordering 25 extra
invitations. This will take care of last-minute additions to your
guest list and allow for any mistakes made while addressing envelopes.
5.
Reorders - A reorder will be billed as a new order.
6.
Verses - See the "Verse Selections" link on the
side menu. Or, you may write your own. Extra lines are $1.00 each,
when extra lines can be added. Price includes up to 25 lines. The
price of Reception and Respond Cards includes 5 lines of copy.
7.
Colored Inks - Prices shown are for Black Ink. For colored
ink, add $6.50 to the total price of each item selected.
8.
Printing - Most of our personalized paper products are printed
using thermography, which is a process that provides a beautiful
raised lettering effect. Envelope flaps are flat printed.
9.
Address on Flap - Available for the invitation outer envelope
for an added charge. It will be printed in matching ink color and
typestyle.
10.
Invitation Outer Envelope - there is a $6.00 handling charge
plus postage for sending envelopes in advance.
11.
Envelope Shortages - All envelopes are machine and hand counted.
Envelope count is exact. There will be an additional surcharge for
extra envelopes if they are not requested at time of order.
12.
Lined Inner Envelopes - Invitations include unlined INNER and
OUTER envelopes. You may, however, order Lined inner envelopes for
an additional charge, as noted in the invitation pricing. Lined
envelopes are available only in the colors listed for each individual
invitation.
13.
Photo Invitations - Photographs will be printed in black
ink on invitations. Please allow 3 extra working days. Please note:
Many professional photographs have copyrights, including those by
Olan Mills. Please provide a signed authorization form for professionally
done photographs submitted for printing.
14.
Language - Make notations in the special instructions box on
your order form for any unusual spellings or accents. Pricing is
based on using either the English or Spanish language. Charges apply
when copy is requested in other languages.
15.
Making Changes - If you've sent your order and you've found
you've made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm
the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can
be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your
order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order
very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it
reprinted.
16.
Proofs - Typeset proofs can be requested and are furnished
only in black ink on plain paper. There is a charge of $8.50 per
item plus postage. Please allow 48 hours for a proof.
17.
Order Cancellation -$10.00 service fee on canceling your
order. If order has already been printed, you wil be charged full
price of order.
18.
Disney Products - Any products with Disney Characters cannot
be shipped outside of the United States. Please do not request shipment
to another country.
Ownership
of Materials - The submission of any order constitutes a representation
and warranty by the individual or entity submitting the order that
such individual or entity is the owner of all trademarks or copyrighted
material contained therein or has obtained any required consents
or authorizations from the owner(s) to print such material. The
individual or entity submitting the order agrees to indemnify, defend
and hold harmless Quinceanera-Boutique.Com from and against any
claims alleging violation of any trademark, copyright or other intellectual
property right arising from QuinceaneraBoutique. com processing
of the order.
